Yearly-rate Tuition:
Each child............$270 (Sept-May) 
Optional monthly installment schedule:
Each child..............................$30/month (Sept- May)
This fee is for 9 months, which is our "Tavaci year". If you divide the total by 9 months it is $30 per month.  It is a yearly fee and not a by-the-lesson charge.  The tuition fees pay for your child's education of the program, vocal training, opportunities for solos, narrations, specialty numbers, and drama skills. Make-up lessons are available (if a lesson is missed for illness or other unavoidable reason) by permission of the instructor.  No extra fees are charged for specialty rehearsals.  
Payment is due the first lesson of the month.  If payment is not received by the end of the 2nd week of class a $5.00/per student late fee will be assessed.

Registration Fee:  $25.00 per family (Due upon registration)
This fee is due upon registering.  It is to cover costs of setting up your family file and the paperwork, bookwork, postage and billing involved with your account for the year.  

Recital Fees:  $12.00 per student, per concert
This fee is to partially defray the rental cost of the building for the concerts held in December and May.  It also allows our concerts to be free to the public, family members and friends.  It is due in December and May, but may be paid at any time.  There may also be some small prop costs for each concert that go along with a specific song, and if your child is chosen to be in a specialty, there may be a small cost for an extra costume or prop. 

NO COST SPECIALTIES, SOLOS, AND NARRATIONS:  Each concert is put on solely by the TaVaci kids and each concert some are asked to be involved in a specialty song, sing a solo, be in a small ensemble, or recite a narration.  We will have extra rehearsals for these, but there is no cost for the extra rehearsals.


Each student will be required to be in the Christmas (December 7, 2019) and Spring (May 2nd, 2020) concerts and attend rehearsals surrounding them.  

We will be getting new costumes this year for the YOUNGER GIRLS (ALL Wednesday classes) and possibly new ties for ALL boys (we will keep you updated).  All other costumes will be the same. Each student will be required to wear the TaVaci costume.  Check student’s costumes NOW and let us know if you need different sizes etc. Costumes try-on days will be announced.  The same costume is used for both Christmas and Spring concerts and we try to change costoumes ONLY every 5 or more years.For questions or to order costumes, call Marci Lemke at 740-0974. If you are a new student, contact Marci ASAP!

Visitors are not allowed in the studio in order to avoid distraction and overcrowding, unless previously discussed with the instructor.  If you have a question concerning your child’s progress, please feel free to visit with the instructor.  You will be contacted if there are any problems.
